This program is made to be as at home friendly as possible. With as little equipment as possible.
AT MOST you will need a large towel for a couple of the movements. If you are doing the program in a gym you can use a resistance band, but that is not REQUIRED.

Each mobility session in program is made to be done within:
30-45 minutes in Phase I (Weeks 1-2)
45-60 minutes in Phase 2 (Weeks 3-6)
