There was a moment when I looked at the woman who carried me through everything, and started worrying.
Maybe she's moving a little slower. Maybe the stairs take more out of her than they used to. Maybe she's stopped doing the things she used to love, not because she wants to, but because her body stopped feeling like hers.
This program was born from that moment.
It was built, first and foremost, for one woman. My mom. Someone who deserved to feel strong, capable, and alive in her own skin. Not someday, but now.
It wasn't designed by imagining an abstract "user." It was designed with a real person in mind: her pace, her limits, her resilience, and her potential.
And so, it was made gently. Purposefully. With patience woven into every single week.
